培土固金法联合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎疗效观察

Curative Observation of Applying Reinforcing Spleen and Lung Method Combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的:观察培土固金法联合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎的远期疗效观察。方法:选取变应性鼻炎患者99例,随机分为观察组45例和对照组44例,对照组给予布地奈德鼻喷剂,观察组在对照组的基础上给予培土固金法治疗。两组均15天1个疗程,停药1周,继续第2疗程治疗,依次类推,1年后观察疗效。比较两组患者用药前后鼻黏膜的分泌物中嗜碱性粒细胞及嗜酸性粒细胞的百分比、症状、病情评分、体征及临床疗效。结果:同组内治疗前后比较,对照组治疗后的鼻部体征、鼻塞状况和治疗前比较,差异不显著,P>0.05;观察组治疗后各项指标均有显著改善,P<0.05;两组治疗后比较,各项指标均有显著差异,P<0.05;两组患者嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞同组治疗前后比较,P均<0.05;观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后比较,P<0.05;观察组总有效率为93.33%,明显优于对照组总有效率(75.00%),P<0.05。结论:培土固金法联合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎远期疗效显著,能够使鼻黏膜分泌物中嗜碱性粒细胞及嗜酸性粒细胞的水平明显降低。

Objective： To observe the long term efficacy of reinforcing spleen and lung method combined with budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods： A total 99 cases of allergic rhinitis patients,were randomly divided to observation group（ 45cases） and controlled group（ 44cases）,the controlled group were given budesonide nasal spray,the observation group was given moulding compound antiphlogistic treatment on the basis of the controlled group. 15 days was a course of treatment of the two groups,stopped taking medicine for 1week,and the treatment was continue,and the like. Observing the effect after 1year. The percentage of eosinophils and eosinophils in nasal mucosa of two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared. Results： Group comparison before and after treatment,treatment of the controlled group after nasal symptoms,nasal congestion status and treatment before,but there was no significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Indexes were significantly improved after treatment in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Compared the two groups after treatment,indexes had significant difference,P〈0. 05; eosinophilic basophil cells in the same group before and after treatment,P〈0. 05; compared between the two groups after treatment,P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 93. 33%,significantly better than the controlled group which total effective rate was 75. 00%,P〈0. 05. Conclusion： Reinforcing spleen and lung method combined with budesonide nasal spray in treatment of allergic rhinitis has long- term curative effect,so that the nasal mucosa secretion eosinophilic basophil cells levels are significantly lower.
