针灸治疗原发性三叉神经痛临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Observation of Using Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia

目的：观察中医针灸治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床治疗效果,并对其进行讨论分析。方法：回顾性分析2013年01月01日~2015年01月01日在我院就诊的60例原发性三叉神经痛患者的临床资料进行分析。将60例原发性三叉神经痛的患者分为两组,分组方法采用随机分类的方式,分别为对照组与干预组。其中30人为对照组,通过西医治疗的方法;另外的30人为干预组,通过中医针灸治疗的方法。同时,对比干预组和对照组患者经过治疗后的临床治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。结果：在治疗后发现,经过中医针灸治疗法的干预组患者临床治疗效果明显优于对照组患者的治疗效果（P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义。同时,干预组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组患者（P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义。结论：通过上述实验对比分析后发现,对于原发性三叉神经痛的患者经过中医针灸治疗的方式能够有效的提高患者的临床治疗效果,并降低不良反应发生率。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment for primary trigeminal neuralgia with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture,and to discuss and analyze it. Methods： 60 cases with primary trigeminal neuralgia,which admitted in our hospital during January 2013 to January 2015,the clinical data were analyzed. They were divided into the intervention group and the controlled group,according to random classification method. 30 cases in the controlled group were given western medicine treatment; another 30 cases in the intervention group were given the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment.The clinical treatment effect and the adverse reactions incidence of the intervention group and the controlled group were compared.Results： After treatment,the clinical effect of the intervention group,which treated by traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture,was better than the controlled group,the difference was significant statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The adverse reactions incidence of the intervention group was lower than that of the controlled group,the difference was significant statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： After comparison and analysis through the above experiment shows that traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture for patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
