摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在提高藏区医院院前急救能力中的应用效果。方法将对口支援4名医护人员和藏区5名医护人员组成一个品管圈,通过评价选定"提高藏区医院院前急救能力"为活动主题。通过访谈、实地观察、比较研究等方法对藏区医院院前急救能力低的原因进行分析,制定相关的对策并实施,比较实施品管圈前后的院前急救能力。结果通过品管圈活动,藏区医院医务人员院前急救能力由改善前的70.14%提高至改善后的95.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时圈员在解决问题能力、责任心、沟通协调能力、自信心、积极性以及品管圈手法应用各方面都得到了不同程度的提高。结论品管圈活动不仅提高了藏区医院院前急救能力,同时也可提高圈员间的团队凝聚力、和谐度及质量管理能力,更好的发挥了对口支援的作用。
Objective To study the application of quality control circle activities in improving the pre- hospital first aid ability in Tibetan hospital. Methods Four counterpart support staff and five Tibetan medical workers formed a quality management circle,selected "improve the pre- hospital first aid ability of Tibetan hospital"as the theme. According methods such as interviews,field observation and comparison research on Tibetan paper to analyzes the reason why the pre- hospital emergency ability is low,and then formulate relevant countermeasures and implementation. Compare the difference between before and after the implementation of quality control circle. Results Through quality management circle activity,the pre- hospital first aid ability of Tibetan hospital medical staff raised from 70. 14% to 95. 32%,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Medical staff problem solving ability,communication ability have also been improved. Conclusion The quality control circle activities can improve the pre- hospital first aid ability of medical staff,as well as the ability of medical staff to solve the problem,the communication and coordination ability.
