MicroRNA在肺发育过程中作用的研究进展

摘要 MicroRNA是一类数量庞大的、小的非编码RNA,在物种间高度保守。至今,研究者们已经发现microRNA在很多生物学过程中扮演着重要的角色,包括发育时间调控、细胞程序性凋亡、免疫应答、胰岛素分泌和多种癌症的进展等。近年来,microRNA已成为肺发育研究领域的热点。该文针对在肺发育过程中已报道的众多microRNA进行概述。 MicroRNAs are composed of a large group of small, non-coding RNA sequences that are highly conserved among species. So far, researchers have uncovered that microRNAs play important roles in various biological processes including developmental timing, cell fate determination, immune responses, insulin secretion, and progression of various cancers. Recently, microRNAs have become a major focus of interest for research in lung development. This article provides an overview of the various microRNAs that have been implicated in lung organogenesis.
