摘要
本文介绍了不同的反应温度、重时空速等不同操作条件对HAT型甲苯歧化催化剂性能的影响,分析了原料中不同的C_(10)以上芳烃含量、苯含量对反应结果的影响。对各种情况下的工业调优进行了探讨,并给出相关建议。同时,针对传统歧化装置改造提出了设想,有利于调节芳烃的产品结构,以应对芳烃产品不同的市场变化。
This article describes the effect on the performance of the catalyst HAT for toluene disproportionation under different operating conditions,such as different reaction temperature,WHSV and so on, and analyses the effect of different content of different C(10) or more aromatics or benzene in raw materials on reaction results,and discusses industrial optimization in all cases and gives suggestions. At the same time, it proposes the idea for the transformation of traditional disproportionation unit,which helps to adjust the product structure of aromatics to response changes in the market.
