摘要
针对苏里格气田气井数量的逐年攀升,气井的日常开井、关井作业量逐年增多,现有的远程开关井装置只能对高压气井进行远程关井作业,不能实现远程开井作业。因此,结合现场需求和井口工况,研发了一种新型的可以远程控制智能开关井的装置,该装置在现有井口设备的基础上,对井口节流针阀进行升级改造,增加控制机构,通过相应程序控制器和阀门开关控制器联动,实现控制井口节流针阀,通过监测井口运行参数,模拟仿人工开关井操作程序,有效解决了"井下节流、中低压集输"工艺模式下高压气井开关井作业需求。
According to the number of wells in Sulige gas field is rising year by year, and also the work for wells daily switch operation is increasing, the existing remote switch well device only used to remote shut high-pressure gas wells, but not realize the open operation.Therefore, research and application of a new type remote control device for switch wells, according to the site requirements and wellhead conditions. The device uses the existing wellhead equipments, to renovate and upgrade the needle valve on the wellhead throttle, while increasing corresponding control mechanism, the linkage program controller and valve switching controller work together to control the wellhead throttle needle valve, to make the remote switching of high pressure gas wells works like the manual operation, each steps of wells' remote controlling must simulate the field artificial operation, basing on the monitoring of wellhead real-time operating parameters, and has solved the demand of "downhole throttling, low-medium pressure gathering process" under the mode of high pressure gas wells switch operation demand effectively. The successful trial of the technology would provide new mentality for remote control switch operation in Sulige gas field wells, have wide application prospect, is proposed to further popularize and apply.
