摘要
水分含量是反应液压油油品性能的重要指标之一,本文主要通过近红外光谱分析技术实现了水分含量指标的简便、快速、无损检测。文中介绍了近红外光谱分析的原理、过程及评价方法,并在此基础上以10号航空液压油为例建立了多元校正模型。结果表明,模型通过验证,预测精度较高,符合水分检测相关标准的要求。
Moisture content is one of the important indexes for the performance of the hydraulic oil. In this paper, a simple, fast and nondestructive detection of moisture content is mainly achieved by the near infrared spectral analysis technique. This paper introduces the principle, process, and evaluation method of the near infrared spectral analysis technique,and based on this, the model of multi-adjustment can be built under taking NO.10 aviation hydraulic oil for instance. The results showed that the model was validated and the prediction accuracy was higher, which was in accordance with the requirement of the relevant standards of moisture detection.
