目标企业学习意图对联盟知识转移的影响机制研究

Influence Mechanism of Target Firm's Learning Intention on Knowledge Transfer of Strategic Alliance

本研究对目标企业学习意图与联盟知识转移间关系进行了实证研究,并进一步探索了知识理解、知识转移速度与知识保护在联盟知识转移中所发挥的关键作用.通过结构方程模型对224家国际联盟企业单源数据的分析表明:学习意图与知识转移显著正相关;知识理解在学习意图与知识转移间起部分中介作用;学习意图对知识转移速度的影响不显著而知识转移速度与知识转移显著正相关;目标企业学习意图越强,伙伴知识保护越明显,知识保护降低了关系质量并增加了知识模糊性,进而阻碍知识转移.

It aimed to identify the relationship between target firm＇s learning intention and strategic alliance knowledge transfer,and explore the important role played by knowledge understanding,knowledge transfer speed,and knowledge protection in knowledge transfer process. Based on the survey data collected from 224 Chinese enterprises in international strategic alliances,it made an empirical test with the structural equation modeling. The results indicate that enterprise＇s leaning intention is significantly positively related to knowledge transfer; knowledge understanding partially mediates the relationship between leaning intention and knowledge transfer; learning intention has no significant influence on knowledge transfer speed while knowledge transfer speed is significantly positively related to knowledge transfer; target firm＇s learning intention is significantly positively related to alliance partner＇s knowledge protection,and knowledge protection inhibits knowledge transfer by the means of increasing knowledge ambiguity and debasing interfirm relationship quality.
