摘要
本文首先界定了餐饮垃圾的相关概念与基本特征,然后着重分析了重庆市的餐饮垃圾现状,针对餐饮垃圾的回收问题,概括了三种基本的餐饮垃圾回收模式:自由式配置、政府主导式配置、市场化配置。同时,本文结合德尔菲法与问卷调查法,分别从四个维度,即经济效益、社会效益、生态效益、实施难度对三种模式进行综合分析,从而得出城市居民对政府主导式配置模式信任程度最高。
This paper explains the concepts and basic features of food wastes, followed by a description of status quo of food wastes in Chongqing. Three basic models are proposed to solve the problems looming over the food waste recycling: the loose allocation, government-led allocation and market-based allocation. They are compared against each other in terms of economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit, implementation difficulty using a combination of the Delphi and questionnaire. It concludes that urban residents have the highest level of trust in the government-led allocation.
