A Study of Marine Ecological Civilization Construction——A Case Study of Qinzhou Port Economic Development Zone

钦州港区港口建设与临海工业发展,对海洋生态环境的影响不容忽视,实现可持续发展需要海洋生态文明。钦州港区应以海洋生态文明为建设要义,深刻理解海洋生态文明建设的内涵,以提高人们的海洋生态文明意识;建立以企业为主体的海洋生态修复补偿机制、企业影响海洋生态环境评价制度;实施生态园区建设等为途径,建设海洋生态文明。

Building harbors and developing coastal industries in Qinzhou Port Economic Zone has enormous impact on the marine eco-environment in the area. Marine ecologic civilization is indispensable for realizing sustainable development. Therefore,Qinzhou Port Economic Zone should take marine ecologic civilization as the center of construction,deepening understanding on marine ecologic civilization construction; enhancing awareness of marine ecologic civilization; building a marine eco-restoration compensation mechanism with enterprises as its main body; setting up an evaluation system of enterprises＇ influences on marine eco-environment,constructing marine eco-civilization by ways of building ecological parks,etc.
