A Study of Strategic New Rising Industries' Financial Capital Efficiency in Pearl River-West River Economic Belt

珠江—西江经济带战略性新兴产业发展中金融资本效能发挥潜力大,为此,应积极探索金融支持新兴产业发展的道路,破解资金供求矛盾制约新兴产业培育和发展瓶颈之难题,并采用财税金融支持、创新金融体制机制、拓宽融资渠道、创新银企协同机制,提出金融资本总体效能支持珠江—西江经济带战略性新兴产业发展的对策。

There is great potential for strategic new rising industries in Pearl River-West River Economic Belt to give full play to their financial capital efficiency. More ways supporting new rising industries development should be explored so as to solve the problem that new rising industries development are restricted by the contradiction between capital supply and demand. Strategies like getting fiscal financial support,innovating financial system,broadening financial channels,innovating cooperation mechanism between banks and enterprises,etc.,are proposed in order to improve financial capital efficiency and accelerate strategic new rising industries development in Pearl River-West River Economic Belt.
