高校学习型团组织建设的思考

Thinking about building learning- oriented Youth League organizations in universities

近几年来,高校通过创建学习型团组织,在改进自身工作的同时,对服务青年学生成长产生了积极作用。但是作为一项长期而艰巨的战略任务,从组织发动到建立长效机制上,还有诸多值得进一步研究的地方。本文围绕价值目标、学习理念、干部队伍、学习内容和学习载体等,对深化高校学习型团组织建设,提升其有效性、针对性、长效性等进行了深入思考。

In recent years, colleges and universities improve their work through creating a learning group organization and serve young students with a positive effect. However, as a long and arduous strategic task, there are many places worth further study from organizing and mobilizing to establishing long- term mechanism. This paper focuses on the value of the target, learning concept, cadres, learning content and learning support and so on, to deepen learning type league building to enhance its effectiveness, relevance, long-term, in-depth thinking.
