国产不锈钢抢救车储物柜的改装及应用

Reconstruction and application of the domestic stainless steel car rescue locker

目的:探讨改装后抢救车储物柜在临床中的应用效果。方法:改装国产不锈钢抢救车储物柜,通过日常护理检查及问卷调查的方式,论证改装后抢救车储物柜能规范临床护理管理。结果:改装后抢救车储物柜急救物品完好率由92%上升到100%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),当班护士交接抢救车的用时由(13.29±2.69)分减少到(1.17±1.44)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改装国产不锈钢抢救车储物柜使抢救车真正处于应急备用状态,提高了护理人员工作效率和基层医疗机构管理效能。

[ Objective] To explore reconstruct of rescue vehicles lockers in the clinical nursing management m Methods] Through nurse daily check and the questionnaire, argument rescue vehicle can optimize storage management technology specification of clinical nursing management [Result ] After alteration of rescue vehicles lockers emergency supplies intact rate increased from 92% to 100%, The differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01）,after the improvement, the handover time of emergency service vehicle dropped（ 13.29 ±2. 694）min to（ 1.17 ±1. 435）and The differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion] Reconstruction of domestic stainless steel lockers make rescue vehicles rescue vehicles in real emergency standby state, improving the nurses＇ work efficiency and improved management efficiency of primary medical institutions.
