冠心舒通胶囊的抗血小板聚集及抗动脉收缩作用 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]检测冠心舒通胶囊在治疗血栓栓塞性疾病中的疗效。[方法]对比冠脉舒通胶囊对二磷酸腺苷(ADP)和凝血酶诱导的大鼠血小板最大聚集率、抑制率;对比其对去甲肾上腺素和氯化钾(KCl)诱导的大鼠胸主动脉环收缩的舒张率。[结果]冠心舒通胶囊对ADP和凝血酶诱导的血小板聚集有抑制作用;对去甲肾上腺素和KCl诱导的大鼠胸主动脉收缩有舒张作用。[结论]冠心舒通胶囊对血栓栓塞性疾病有确切疗效。 [Objective] Our explicit objective was to study the function of Guanxinshutong capsule in the treatment of thromboembolic disease. [Methods] We determined the maximal aggregation ratio of Adenosine diphosphate( ADP) and Thrombin- induced platelet aggregation and inhibition rate. We further determined the diastolic ratio and KCl norepinephrine-induced contraction of rat aortic ring. [Results] We found that Guanxinshutong capsule had a potential inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation stimulated by ADP and Thrombin.Furthermore, it was found that Guanxinshutong could inhibit both noradrenaline and KCl-induced contraction of aortic ring and the consequent platelet aggregation. [Conclusion] Guanxinshutong capsule has a definite therapeutic effect against thromboembolic disease.
