摘要
重庆在地形、地势、水文地质等方面具有地下空间利用的先天优势,如何因地制宜地进行开发是促进城市可持续发展的重要途径。在分析重庆商业中心区诸多地下空间利用案例的基础上,提出地下空间可持续开发策略:1)以轨道交通为发展轴形成"点-轴-网"地下空间规划格局,中心区进行"片状网络式"开发,外围区域为"散点聚集式"开发;2)与轨道站点结合开发地下综合体,并与人防工程及其他地下商业联通,形成以站点为核心的地下空间网络,建立环境舒适的地面空间和便捷可达的地下空间步行网络,以建立绿色、畅通、步行的可持续城市;3)因地制宜利用地形高差优势,以半地下空间开发利用为主要手段,增强地下空间的采光通风效果,创造多层次的城市基面,增加城市公共空间及城市开发容量。
There are inherent advantages in the using of underground space in the terrain,topography,hydrology and geology of Chongqing,and the development of local conditions is an important way to promote the city sustainable development. Based on an analysis of many cases of underground space utilization in Chongqing CBD area,it was put forward the sustainable development strategies as follows: 1) rail transit as developing was taken axis to form a"point-axis-net"planning pattern of underground space,a"flaky network style"development was done in the central area,and "scatter gather pattern " one in the peripheral regions; 2) trail transit station was combined with underground space to develop underground complex connecting civil air defense projects and other underground business to form underground network in core area of station,then a ground space with comfortable environment and convenient underground network could be built to achieve a green,smooth and sustainable city ultimately; 3) terrain elevation advantages were used with utilization of semi underground space as the main method to enhance lighting and ventilation effect,and a multi-level city base could also be created to increase urban public space and urban development capacity.
