从当今乳腺癌基础研究的现状展望未来的研究方向 被引量:3

Recent advances in breast cancer and the future directions of research

摘要 2015年对乳腺癌基础研究是重的一年,研究者们在乳腺肿瘤的发生、转移、耐药机制、化疗与免疫治疗、基因组学以及生物化学技术等领域均取得了丰硕的成果,为个体化的基因治疗奠定了坚实的基础。本文从当前乳腺癌研究领域的热点及重进展来展望未来乳腺癌研究的发展方向。 2015 is an important year for breast cancer fundamental research. Scientists have made g^eat achievements in several fields, such as carcinogenesis, metastasis, medical resistance, chemothera- py, immunotherapy, genomics and biochemical technique, which laid a firm foundation for individual accu- rate therapy. This article will summarize recent advances in breast cancer, and look for the future directions of research.
