肝激酶B1抑制肿瘤机制的新进展 被引量:1

Progress in antitumor mechanisms of liver kinase B1 gene

摘要 1998年,在研究黏膜息肉黑斑综合征(PJS)的过程中人们首次鉴定出抑癌基因肝激酶B1(LKB1)也被称为丝氨酸、苏氨酸激酶11(STK11)。从那以后,人们针对LKB1进行了大量的研究。有关LKB1功能的研究进展提示:LKB1在调节能量代谢、细胞生长与增殖、凋亡、分化、细胞极性等方面发挥重要作用。我们将对过去有关LKB1的研究做一下简单的总结。 The liver kinase B1 (LKB1) (also called serine/threonine kinase 11 ) tumor suppressor gene was i- dentified in 1998 by analysing Peutz -Jeghers syndrome patients. Since then many studies have focused on it. The breakthroughs in understanding the molecular functions of the LKB1 indicate its' contribution as an important regulator of energy metabolism, cell growth and proliferation, apoptosis, cell differentiation, cell polarity, etc.. In this review, we will summarize the findings regarding LKB1 over the past years.
