摘要 植物油基紫外光(UV)固化涂料以可再生的植物油为原料,结合具有高效、节能、环保等特点的UV固化技术,已受到业界的广泛关注,并且取得了一定的研究进展。文章从干性油、巯基-烯结合植物油、(甲基)丙烯酸酯植物油、马来酸酐改性植物油、环氧植物油等方面介绍了国内外植物油基UV固化涂料的研究进展及发展趋势。 Using renewable vegetable oils as raw materials, the UV curable coatings based on UV curing technology characterized by high efficiency, low energy consumption and ex- tremely low VOC emissions have drawn much concern. In this article, the research progress in the vegetable oil-based UV curable coatings have been introduced in aspects of various vegetable oils including drying oils, thiol-ene coupling vegetable oils, (meth) acrylated vegetable oils, maleic anhydride modified vegetable oils and epoxidized vegetable oils, etc., moreover, the prospect of the vegetable oil-based UV curable coatings has been described.
