摘要 角蛋白16是表皮角质形成细胞主要的结构蛋白之一,在维持细胞功能及皮肤屏障功能方面起着重要作用.角蛋白16的表达不仅高度依赖角质形成细胞状态和分化程度,在不同类型的上皮细胞内表达程度也不同,当角蛋白16的表达异常时,病变部位的皮肤屏障功能会受到不同程度的破坏,未受累皮肤的屏障功能也会受到影响,不仅皮肤渗透屏障功能受到影响,还会引起皮肤炎症反应和免疫反应,导致机体受到进一步损害. K16, one of the major structural proteins of keratinocytes, plays an important role in maintaining cellular function and skin barrier function.K16 expression is highly dependent on cellular state and differentiation degree of keratinocytes.Differences exist in K16 expression levels among different types of epithelial cells.When K16 is abnormally expressed, skin barrier function is damaged to different extents at lesional sites, and is also affected in uninvolved skin.Aberrant expression of K16 not only affects skin permeability barrier function, but also causes inflammatory skin reactions and immune responses, resulting in further damage to the human body.
