β2肾上腺素能受体基因Arg16Gly和Gln27Glu多态性与高海拔地区藏族人群原发性高血压的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :检测高海拔地区藏族人群β2肾上腺素能受体(β2-AR)基因Argl6Gly和Gln27Glu多态性,并研究其与原发性高血压的相关性。方法:选择原发性高血压患者(原发性高血压组)385例及正常对照(对照组)297例为研究对象,通过SNa Pshot微测序技术测定其基因型和等位基因,对在两组人群中的频率分布进行对比。结果 :β2-AR基因Argl6Gly和Gln27Glu多态性的基因型和等位基因频率原发性高血压组和对照组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),进一步进行不同性别人群间的对比分析,差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:未观察到β2-AR基因Argl6Gly和Gln27Glu多态性与高海拔地区藏族人群原发性高血压的相关性。 Objective: To investigate β2 adrenergic receptor(β2-AR) gene polymorphism,Arg16 Gly,Gln27 Glu and essential hypertension(EH) occurrence in Tibetan population living at high altitude area. Methods: Our research included in 2 groups: EH group,n=385 patients and Control group,n =297 normal healthy subjects. β2-AR polymorphisms of Arg16 Gly and Gln27 Glu were detected by Snapshot mini-sequencing technique and their frequencies were compared between 2 groups and male,female genders.Results: The genotype and allele frequency distributions of Arg16 Gly and Gln27G1 u were similar between 2 groups,P0.05; there were no significant differences between male and female genders,P0.05.Conclusion: No obvious relationship was found between β2-AR gene polymorphism(Arg16Gly,Gln27Glu) and EH occurrence in Tibetan population living at high altitude area.
