出口农产品是我国农民增加收入的重要途径之一。外贸农产品业务员的首要任务是开发外贸农产品市场。在互联网+背景下,外贸开发信是开发国际市场的重要工具。外贸业务员必须学会写出富有成效的外贸开发信。在写外贸开发信时,外贸业务员首先要弄清楚写信对象是谁,然后设计出富有吸引力的标题,在正文里要说明自己的农产品优势是什么,以激发客户的兴趣,说服客户并最终采取行动。
Exporting rural products is one of the ways for the peasants in China to increase income. A foreign trade salesman' s key task is to develop the foreign rural product market, and a business letter is a most important tool for the salesman to do so, therefore the foreign trade salesman must learn how to write a productive business letter. While writing a business letter, the salesman should make it clear to whom to write, design an attractive title for the letter, and in the text state what the strengths of the product are, stimulate the customers' interest in the product, and finally persuade them to take some action after finishing reading the letter. Besides, good attention should be paid to the other details of the letter.
