智能制造企业技术创新效率及其影响因素

根据智能制造产业52家上市企业2011-2013年的面板数据,运用DEA模型测算了智能制造企业技术创新效率。根据得到的各企业技术创新效率值,运用回归模型测算股权集中度、高管持股比例、资产负债率、资产周转率对技术创新效率的影响。结果发现,股权集中度与技术创新效率存在"倒U型"关系,高管持股有助于企业技术创新效率的提高,资产负债率、资产周转率与企业技术创新效率都存在正相关关系。在此基础上,结合我国智能制造产业及企业的特点,提出了提高智能制造企业技术创新效率的建议。

In this paper, based on the panel data of 52 intelligent manufacturing companies which listed during 2011-2013, we em- ploy DEA model to estimate the technological innovation efficiency of each company. Then, we use regression model to es- timate the influence degree of ownership concentration, the ratio of managerial ownership, asset-liability ratio, asset turnover ratio according to the obtained efficiency value of each company＇s technological innovation. It has been found that the largest shareholder and technological innovation efficiency is inverted U-shaped relationship; managerial owner- ship is helpful to improve the efficiency of enterprise technology innovation; asset-liability ratio, asset turnover ratio and enterprise technology innovation efficiency are positively related. On the basis of analysis and combing with the character- istics of Chinese intelligent manufacturing industry and enterprises, we put forward some suggestions for improving techno- logical innovation efficiency of intelligent manufacturing enterprises.
