摘要
以2010~2013年披露环境报告书的21家公司的51份环境报告书为研究样本,并另外随机选择51个控制样本,采用托宾模型方法检验公司生态创新驱动因素,得出以下结论：政府管制因素与公司生态创新投入正相关,而公司资源则是公司进行生态创新的物质保障,而利益相关者（产品市场）压力对企业生态创新没有显著影响。
The article collects 51 study samples of 21 listed companies publishing environmental reports from 2010 to 2013,and randomly selected another 51 control samples.This paper tests the logic relation between driving factors and ecological innovation input by use of Tobin model.The econometric estimations show that government control factors are in direct proportion to ecological innovation investment,and company resource is positively correlated with the ecological innovation investment.There is no obvious infection between the Stakeholders and ecological innovation investment.
