超声造影在肝脏局灶性病变中的应用

Application of contrast-echanced ultrasound in focal liver lesions

目的探讨超声造影在肝脏局灶性病变中的应用。方法通过采用微泡对比剂和增强模式成像软件,CEUS能够捕捉靶器官的小血管或微血管的血流信号,从而为诊断提供更多信息。结果 CEUS对特征性诊断肝内局灶性病变、早期发现肝脏恶性肿瘤、辅助介入性治疗并评估局部治疗效果等都有重要应用价值。结论 CEUS极大地提高了临床实践中超声成像的应用价值,它的应用范围有望进一步扩展。

Objective To observe application of ultrasound contrast in focal liver lesions. Methods By using microbubble contrast agents and imaging software enhanced mode, CEUS can capture the target organ small or micro vascular blood flow signals to provide more information for diagnosis. Results CEUS diagnosis of hepatic focal lesions characteristic of early detection of liver cancer, adjuvant therapy intervention and to assess the value of local treatment have important effects. Conclusion CEUS greatly improve the application of ultrasound imaging in clinical practice, and it is expected to further expand the scope of application.
