优质护理模式在脑梗死患者护理中的应用

Application of quality nursing in patients with cerebral infarction

目的观察优质护理模式在脑梗死患者临床护理中的效果。方法选取2 01 3年7月-2 01 4年7月期间东丽区小东庄社区卫生服务中心全科门诊收治的脑梗死住院患者9 0例,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规护理模式护理,观察组则采用优质护理模式护理。观察两组患者神经功能缺损评分的改善情况及并发症的发生率。结果观察组在神经功能缺损评分及并发症发生率较对照组存在明显差异并且总有效率高于对照组。结论优质护理模式可以获得明显的临床护理效果。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing mode in clinical nursing for cerebral infarction patients. Methods 90 patients with cerebral infarction hospitalized in the center of July 2013-2014 July,were randomly divided into two groups. The control group used the routine nursing care, while the observation group adopted quality nursing care mode. To observe the improvement of neurological impairment score and the incidence of complications in the two groups. Results The score of neurological impairment and the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly different from those in control group and the total effective rate was higher than that in control group. Conclusion The quality nursing mode can obtain obvious clinical nursing effect.
