摘要 教学能力发展是大学教师专业发展的重要部分,它决定着大学教师个体发展成败并影响着大学教学质量。国内尚未形成系统的大学教师教学能力发展理论和实践模式,借鉴国外一流大学理论和经验成为必须。加州大学伯克利分校,通过百余年探索,形成了卓越的教师教学能力发展模式和丰富的实践经验。其成功经验在于:秉行"教学和科研并行"理念,实施教师教学能力发展工程;通过制度体系建设,推动教师教学能力规范、创新发展;依托教学中心,促进教师教学实践活动开展;基于"评价—改进"机制,引导教师教学反思;设立教学发展项目和奖项,引领教学能力发展;立足"线上+线下"沟通机制建设,推动教学经验共享。 Teaching ability is an important part in the system of faculty professional development,which determines individual development of faculty and influences the teaching quality of high education.Since the system theory model and its operation method of teaching ability development of faculty have not been yet formed,we should learn from the first-class university.University of California Berkeley has formed outstanding patterns in developing the ability of teaching faculty and accumulated rich experience,which are as follows:pursuing the idea of teaching and research in parallel,implementing the project of faculty's teaching ability development;propelling faculty's teaching ability development from standardized development to creative development by forming a scientific system,promoting the teaching practice relying on teaching and learning center;cultivating faculty's habit of teaching reflection based on the evaluation-improvement mechanism;leading the development of teaching ability by implementing teacher development projects and awards;and encouraging teaching experience sharing by building the"online and offline"communication mechanism.
