摘要
介绍机车轮缘润滑装置的种类及各自的润滑方式。针对新型流体接触式喷涂机构,研制随动润滑仿真试验台,试验台由台架、轮对、轮对驱动系统、十字滑台等组成,模拟机车实际运行时转向架喷涂机构与轮对之间的相对运动状态,再现喷涂机构的工作过程。试验台的研制为喷涂结构的优化设计提供了设备支持。
The article introduces the types locomotive flange lubrication devices and their lubrication modes. With a view to the new-type fluid-contact spraying mechanism,a follow-up lubrication simulation test-bed is developed,which consists of bed,wheelset,wheelset drive system,cross slippery platform and so on. It simulates the relative motion state between the spraying mechanism of bogie truck and wheelset during the practical operation of a locomotive,reproducing the operation process of the spraying mechanism. The development of the test-bed can provide device support for optimizing the design of spraying mechanism.
