Non-conforming Product Disposal Information System Design Based on Business Process Management

介绍业务过程管理(BPM)的特点和优势。针对企业当前在不合格产品处置方面存在的问题,建立基于BPM的不合格产品处置信息系统。系统将不合格产品的处置流程进行优化、建模,以表单为数据载体,并通过与其他业务系统集成,同时运用门户待办提醒和短信的催办以及流程绩效管理等手段,有效提高了不合格产品处置的效率。

The article introduces the features and advantages of Business Process Management（BPM）. With a view to the problems in disposing non-conforming products for enterprises,a non-conforming product disposal information system is established based on BPM. The system can optimize and model the disposal process of non-conforming products,taking forms as the data carrier. It can effectively improve the efficiency in disposing non-conforming products,by such means as integration with other business systems,portal reminder,SMS reminder and process performance management,etc.
