摘要
为了掌握贵阳市2014年蛋鸡禽流感(H5、H9)、新城疫免疫情况及免疫抗体水平,对贵阳市6个规模化养鸡场28个不同批次蛋鸡进行抽样,用血凝抑制试验检测H5(re-5株/re-6株)、H9及新城疫免疫抗体,共检测血清840份。结果:28个不同批次蛋鸡H9、鸡新城疫免疫抗体合格率分别为96.4%、100%,免疫效果良好;H5免疫抗体合格率为57%,抗体水平整体较低,且变异系数较大。
In order to master the Guiyang city 2014 layer bird flu（ H5,H9）,Newcastle disease vaccine immunity and immune antibody level of Guiyang city six large scale chicken farm field 28 batches of different layer sampling,by hemagglutination inhibition anti body and H9 and Newcastle disease immunity test for detection of H5 re- 5 plants / re- 6 strain,840 serum were tested. Results： 28 different batches of chicken H9,Newcastle disease immune antibody qualified rate of 96. 4% and 100% respectively,good immune effect; H5 immune antibody qualification rate was 57%,antibody level is relatively low as a whole and coefficient of variation of the larger.
