计算机集成制造(CIM),工业4.0及通往语义之路

摘要 为把工业4.0付诸实施,一个有用的和切实可行的标准是一个不能放弃的元素。人们应当规划标准化的路径。但是,可以预期的是,总会遇到意外的障碍和创建崭新的态势。人们可以预测,最大的障碍可能会出现在哪些领域?本文试图就这些问题通过阐述工业4.0与起源于1980年的计算机集成制造(CIM)标准化历程的相似之处给出答案。文章指出,针对当前的标准化工作,我们应从CIM-时代中汲取哪些教训,哪些方面是可以传承下去的,必定要踏上的新大陆究竟在何方? The project industrie 4.0 will only yield successful results in practice if standardization is integral part of it from the beginning on.Standardization should be planned and the plan should be followed.Nevertheless,the occurrence of unexpected obstacles have to be encountered and completely new situations may arise overnight.Can we predict where the highest hurdles will be?This essay compares the development of computer integrated manufacturing(CIM) of the 80 thies with the industrie 4.0 project of today and tries to give the answer to this question by means of this comparison.It shows were completely new topics have to be entered and it presents some 'lessons learnt' from the times of the standardization efforts that once accompanied CIM.
