摘要
为了准确分析侵彻试验时的加速度特点,该文设计了一种基于动态存储技术的弹载高g值三轴加速度测试系统,它具有低功耗、抗高冲击等特点。针对弹载记录仪在侵彻环境中受到高冲击导致电路测试失败的问题,选用泡沫铝作为缓冲材料,并对其进行研究。通过试验证明其可靠性。
In order to accurately analyze the characteristics of penetration test,missile-borne High-g three-axis acceleration test system based on dynamic testing technology was designed.h has the characteristics of low-power and high impact resistance.For missile parameters recorder test failure due to damage in penetration high impact,the authors chose the aluminum foam as the buffer material and study its performance.Through the experiment,the test system was proved reliability.
