基于低功耗技术的回转窑测温多点通信系统

摘要 该文介绍的回转窑无线测温系统的多点无线通信技术,可以检测到窑内多点温度信号。系统采用一主多从的通信结构,主机固定在回转窑附近,从机安装在回转窑上。从机采用电池供电及低功耗技术,利用低功耗技术有效地降低了从机功耗,延长了电池的使用时间,保证了测温系统的长期正常运行。 This paper introduced multipoint wireless communication technology in wirelss temperature measurement system of rotary kiln,in order to detect multipoint temperature of inside rotary kiln,system adopted a master multislave of communication,the master device is fixed nearby the rotary kiln,slave device installed above of rotary kiln body,the slave device used power supply by battery and used lower power technology to reduce power consumption of slave device,extended working time of slave device,ensured long-term normal operation of measuring temperature system.
