2009-2013年承德市双桥区预防接种异常反应监测分析

Surveillance on Adverse Events Following Immunization in Shuangqiao District,Chengde City,2009-2013

目的了解承德市双桥区2009-2013年预防接种异常反应发生特征,评估该区疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)监测系统运转情况。方法通过AEFI信息管理系统,收集2009-2013年报告中异常反应个案,采用描述性方法进行流行病学分析。结果 AEFI信息管理系统中,报告异常反应个案7例,报告发生率为0.98/10万,严重异常反应4例,报告发生率为:0.56/10万,发生异常反应的疫苗主要有5种,异常反应临床表现症状是过敏性反应、无菌性脓肿和VAPP后遗症。结论双桥区AEFI监测系统灵敏,异常反应监测尚待加强。需进一步规范接种技术操作,严格执行接种前告知和接种后留观等制度。

Objective To understand the epidemic features of Adverse Events Following Immunization（ AEFI） in Shuangqiao district of Chengde city and to evaluate the operation status. Methods The AEFI cases during 2009-2013 were collected from information management system and analyzed with descriptive epidemiological method. Results A total of 7 AEFI cases were reported,with the incidence rate 0. 98 /105. Four cases were severe ones,with the incidence rate 0. 56 /105. AEFI cases were reported in 5 kinds of vaccines and the symptoms were mainly allergic reaction,sterile abscesses and VAPP sequela. Conclusion The AEFI surveillance system is sensitive and the AEFI surveillance yet still needs to be strengthened. The inoculation operation should be standardized and the information and notification before inoculation and observation after inoculation should be strictly followed.
