With the advent of big data era, the revolution of information and technology penetrated into every field of society, bringing about chances and challenges for scientific journals. This paper analyzed the difficulties for the development of scientific journal in big data era, and stated that the information literacy was necessary for scientific journal editors, and then put forward suggestions to improve editors＇ information literacy and provide useful reference for enhancing the professional proficiency.
