米诺环素在精神分裂症治疗中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 越来越多的证据表明小胶质细胞活化介导的神经炎症在精神分裂症病因中起着重要的作用。米诺环素能够抑制小胶质细胞的活化,它具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗凋亡等多种特性,近年来,米诺环素在精神分裂症中治疗研究逐渐开展,本文就其作用机制及研究进展作一综述。
