摘要
根据血液内科见习的教学内容及特点,教研组尝试以微课结合PBL的方式进行血液内科见习教学,探索其教学效果以及在教学中实施的具体步骤与方法。通过选取医学临床专业本科学生120名为研究对象,随机分成实验组和对照组,分别采取微课结合PBL教学模式和传统教学模式进行教学,课程结束后进行理论考试、病例分析测试及问卷调查,从而探索微课结合PBL在血液科见习教学的意义。两组学生理论考试成绩无明显差别,但实验组病例分析测试成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,在血液内科见习中,采用微课结合PBL教学模式有助于提高学生学习积极性,培养自主临床思维能力,提升教学效果。
According to the hematological clinical practice content and characteristic,this article tries to use micro course combined with PBL in the hematological clinical practice teaching,explore the teaching effect,and the concrete steps and methods in the teaching. 120 clinical professional students were chosen and randomly divided into experimental group and control group as the research participants,respectively with micro course combined with PBL mode and traditional teaching mode. Test theories,case analysis and questionnaire survey were used at the end of the course to explore the teaching signification of micro course combined with PBL in hematological clinical practice. Test results were no significant difference between the two groups in theory,but the case analysis test results of experimental group were better than the control group( P 0. 05). In hematological clinical practice,use micro course combined with PBL mode can improve students learning enthusiasm,cultivate clinical thinking ability and improve the teaching effect.
