摘要
在过去的30多年中,我国工业经济发展主要依靠物质、资源的投入.为获取物质、原料和资源,在开采、洗(分选)选和冶炼过程必然产生大量的工业固体废物.针对目前典型大宗工业固体废物污染较为严重、管理研究不足的现状,通过总结对比主要的五种风险评价方法,提出将模糊逻辑评价法和层次分析法结合使用,建立典型大宗工业固体废物污染源环境风险评价体系,并通过对实例的评价,为正在逐步发展的大宗工业固体废物环境管理研究工作提供参考.
In the past thirty years,the development of industrial economy consists of the material and resource input in China. A large quantity of industrial solid wastes is produced in the process of mining,separation,washing and smelting in order to obtain various industrial raw materials. The pollution of typical staple industrial solid waste( TSISW) is serious,however,there has been a lack of a comprehensive system for the environmental risk assessment of TSISW. To achieve this goal,five main risk assessment methods are evaluated in order to identify the best method for TSISW. In the end,the method combining fuzzy logic assessment and analytic hierarchy process is proposed and evaluated through an actual case. This method provides useful references for the developing environmental management of the SISW.
