摘要
目的探讨Glut-1和IGF-1R蛋白在乳腺浸润性癌中的表达并分析其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学En Vision法检测Glut-1和IGF-1R蛋白在97例乳腺浸润性癌和60例癌旁正常组织中的表达情况。结果 Glut-1和IGF-1R蛋白在乳腺浸润性癌中的表达均高于正常组织;Glut-1和IGF-1R蛋白表达与患者年龄、绝经与否及病理类型无关(P>0.05),与肿瘤分级、TNM分期及淋巴结有无转移有关(P<0.05),Glut-1和IGF-1R蛋白表达在乳腺癌中呈显著正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 Glut-1和IGF-1R蛋白参与了乳腺癌的发生发展,并起着一定的协同作用,二者表达增高是患者预后差的标志。
Objective To explore the expression of Glut-1 and IGF-1R proteins in invasive carcinoma of breast and its clinical significance. Methods Expression of Glut-1 and IGF-1R proteins was detected by En Vision immunohistochemical methods in 97 cases of invasive carcinoma of breast and 60 cases of adjacent normal breast tissues. Results The positive expression rates of Glut-1 and IGF-1R in invasive carcinoma of breast were significantly higher than those in normal breast tissues( P〈0. 05). The expression of Glut-1and IGF-1R was not correlated with age,menses and pathological type( P〈0. 05),but positively related with tumor grade,TNM staging and lymphatic metastasis( P〈0. 05). Glut-1 expression was positively correlated with IGF-1R expression in breast carcinoma( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The expression of Glut-1 and IGF-1R play a synergistic effect in the development and progression of breast carcinoma,and the high expression may be a predictor of poor prognosis of patients.
