摘要
催熟工艺对香蕉品质有着至关重要的影响。总结了香蕉催熟库温度、湿度、催熟剂浓度等设计参数,针对催熟库规划布局、货物摆放方式、送风方式、制冷系统设计、新风换气系统设计提出了解决方案,并结合实验测试,对温度均匀性和香蕉催熟品质进行了分析。
Ripening process on banana quality has a crucial impact,this paper summarizes the banana ripening parameters,such as temperature,humidity and ripening agents concentration,and proposes the solutions of cold storage layout,goods arrangement mode,air supply mode,refrigeration system design and ventilation system design,and combining with experimental testing,analyzes the temperature uniformity and ripening banana quality.
