摘要
目的建立高危粉尘量化分级管理指标体系以及分类管理的模式。方法对61名国内职业卫生领域专家采用问卷调查的方式进行咨询,确定各指标的重要程度,运用层次分析法对专家结果进行分析。结果筛选出的风险抵消因素分为6项一级指标,29项二级指标,用层次分析法确定每个二级指标的权重后,采用百分制进行赋值。行业风险评估分数参照《建设项目职业病危害风险分类管理目录(2012年版)》为行业危害程度给予赋值。高危粉尘作业岗位综合评价指数=行业风险评估分数×同行业内风险抵消分数。再根据综合评价指数分为四级进行监管。结论高危粉尘风险量化评估及分级管理指标体系经筛选包括了6项一级指标,29项二级指标。
Objective To establish the indicator system of quantitative classification management and classification management model for the high- risk dust. Methods There were 61 questionnaires were sent to the occupational health experts to determine the degree of importance of management indicators. The results of survey were analyzed by analytic hierarchy process. Results There were 6 primary indicators and 29 secondary indicators selected as the risk offsetting factors. The secondary indicators were weighted using the analytic hierarchy process as percentile. The industry risk assessment score was based on The Classification and Management of Occupational Disease Hazards in Construction Projects( 2012 Edition). Comprehensive evaluation coefficient of high- risk dust job = industry risk assessment score × the industry risk offsetting score.According to the comprehensive evaluation coefficient,the supervision work was developed as 4 levels to operate. Conclusion The management system of quantitative assessment and classification for high- risk dust has been established with 6 first primary indicators and 29 secondary indicators.
