摘要
针对某高层建筑基坑工程地下连续墙护壁泥浆,在介绍地下连续墙成槽施工中护壁泥浆的功能和机理的基础上,通过正交试验法对护壁泥浆进行配合比设计,确定了最优配合比方案,即膨润土掺量为100 g,CMC掺量为1 g,PHP掺量为0.1 g,Na2CO3掺量为4.4 g。为节约成本及提高泥浆重复使用效率,对劣化的泥浆作再生处理,按照新浆与劣化泥浆体积比为6∶1配制混合泥浆,经现场使用效果良好。
Aiming at slurry of underground continuous wall of foundation pit for a high-rise building,based on function and mechanism of slurry in grooving construction of underground continuous wall,the orthogonal test method us adopted to make mix proportion design of slurry mixture ratio design and confirm the optimal mix proportion: bentonite clay content of 100 grams,CMC content of 1 grams,PHP content of 0. 1 grams and Na2CO3 content of 4. 4 grams. To save cost and improve repeated use efficiency of slurry,the regeneration process test is done for the degraded slurry. Results show that new slurry and degraded slurry can be mixed at6 ∶ 1 to get mixed slurry,and the field application effect is good.
