提升大学生职业能力的三个着力点

Three Focused Points to Improve College Students’ Prefessional Ability

大学生就业难已引起社会的普遍关注。职业能力不足，难以满足用人单位的需求是大学生就业难的一个重要原因÷围绕影响大学生职业能力的若干因素，从高校的教学改革、辅导员的就业指导、大学生的自身努力三个层面阐述提升大学生职业能力的途径。

The difficult employment of college students has drawn widespread attention of the society. Inadequate professional ability and inability to meet the needs of employers are the important reasons for the difficult employ- ment of college students. Concentrating on several factors that influence college students＇ professional ability, this paper sets forth the ways to promote colleges students＇ professional ability from following three aspects： the teach- ing reform in colleges, the careers guidance by counselors, and college students＇ own effort.
