大数据时代检测技术功能的拓展和演化及其对现代制造业的深远影响

摘要 谈到数据,往往就会联系到测量,在传统概念里,测量仅仅被认为是一种判断产品合格与否的手段,但随着现今制造业向智能化转型、处于大数据时代背景下的测量功能已发生了演化、拓展.本文以汽车制造企业为例,从测量功能的拓展对产品质量监控水平的提升,和利用多种手段采集数据中提取的信息,作为企业智能化制造的重要环节等多个方面,阐述了大数据时代测量功能的演变对现代企业的深刻影响。 When it comes to data, it is usually linked to the measurement, In the traditional concept, measurement is considered only to be one means of judging the product qualified or not. But with the current manufacturing's transmission to the intelligent transformation, the functions of measurement background in the big data era have been evoluted and developed. Taking the car manufacturing enterprises as an example, from the development of the measurement function on the promotion of product quality monitoring, and the use of a variety of means to collect data to extract the information, and as the important link of intelligent manufacturing, and other aspects, this paper elaborated the profound irdluenee the measurement functions of the big data era has on the modem enterprises.
