摘要
介绍了激光超声波可视化检测技术,综述了气缸套的工作原理及形成缺陷的原因,在此基础上通过实验运用LUVI技术检查气缸套的缺陷,并对实验结果进行分析.最后指出了激光超声波可视化无损检测的应用领域和发展前景.
This paper introduces the visualization of laser ultrasonic detection technology. And cylinder work is reviewed and the causes of formation of defects. It is based on experiments using LUVI technical inspection defects for cylinder sleeve and the experimental results were analyzed. Finally it is pointed out that the application of laser ultrasonic nondestructive testing of visual fields and development prospects.
