大港油田压裂增产措施排液技术优化研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对大港油田歧口凹陷和沧东南皮凹陷储层井深,低孔低渗,压后自喷能力弱压裂液不能及时排出等问题,为了改善返排效果,提高产量,开展了国内外压后返排技术调研,对主要的五项压后返排技术开展其技术性、经济性、油气层保护以及安全环保等因素分析,研究形成了适合于大港油田的探井压裂增产措施快速返排技术,2015年现场应用5口井,施工安全环保无事故,工艺成功率100%,取得明显经济和社会效益。 According to problems of deep depth,low porosity and permeability,weak of flowing capacity after pressure and no discharge in time of the fracturing fluid for the reservoirs of Qikou depression and Cangdong Nanpi sag in Dagang oilfield,in order to improve flow-back effect and increase production,research on domestic and foreign flow-back after pressure technology is carried out,and factors are analyzed in technical,economic,oil and gas layer protection and safety and environmental protection of the five major pressure flow-back technologies,to form a fracturing stimulation rapid flow-back technology in Dagang oilfield,five wells in 2015 are applied on field,operation to which is accident-free safety and environmental protection,technological success rate reaches 100%,and achieves a remarkable economic and social benefits.
