摘要
探讨支持性人力资源实践结构维度并形成适于中国情境下的支持性人力资源实践量表。通过对国内外相关研究文献的梳理并对6家国有企业的616名员工进行实证研究,验证得出反映支持性人力资源实践的结构维度有绩效评估、培训、员工参与、上级支持、就业安全和公平支持6个方面。
This paper discusses supportive human resource practice structure dimensions, and tries to develop a suitable supportive human resource practice scale in the context of China. Based on the relevant research literature at home and abroad and empirical research of 616 employees in 6 state owned enterprises, the tested result is that the structure dimen-sions of supportive human resource practice are: performance evaluation, training, employee involvement, superior support,job security and fair support.
