飞秒激光辅助白内障手术116眼术中并发症分析 被引量:4

摘要 近年,随着人工晶状体(IOL)材料的不断革新,越来越多的白内障患者获得了良好的视觉质量。但传统的手工连续环形撕囊约有0.8%左右的概率导致前囊膜撕裂[1],加大手术难度。而飞秒激光辅助的白内障手术在撕囊方面具有较高的精确性及可重复性,有效地减少了术后IOL的移位、彗差及球差[2]。飞秒激光辅助白内障手术凭借其较高的安全性及有效性,得到了广大患者及医师的认可。但我们在行飞秒激光辅助白内障手术的初期遇到一些术中并发症,现总结如下。
