MKP-1和MKP-3与疼痛关系的研究进展

摘要 MKP-1和MKP-3是MAPKs(P38、ERK1/2和JNK)的天然负性调节因子,对MAPKs的去磷酸化作用有重要意义。现已证实MAPKs分子信号通路是疼痛传导的相关通路之一,参与痛觉过敏的触发和维持。已有研究表明通过干扰MKP-1和MKP-3的活性,调节MAPKs信号通路可以减少疼痛。MKP-1和MKP-3能有效缓解疼痛,未来极有可能成为新的镇痛药物靶点和新的研究方向。
