危险货物道路运输安全评价指标体系构建研究

Study on the Construction of Evaluation Index System of Road Transportation of Dangerous Goods

近年来随着我国经济社会的迅猛发展,对危险化学品等危险货物的运输需求不断扩大,在运输途中燃烧、爆炸、腐蚀、毒害等危险事故时有发生,给道路运输安全带来了极大隐患。文章结合当前我国危险货物道路运输现状,对影响因素做了综合分析,构建了危险货物道路运输安全评价指标体系,并结合安全评价体系的特点,运用层次分析法对各评价因素赋予了权重,为实际工作中开展危险货物道路运输安全评价和决策提供了参考。

In recent years, with the rapid development of China＇s economic and social, of dangerous chemicals and other dangerous goods transport demand continues to expand, in transit combustion, explosion, corrosion, toxicity and other dangerous accidents have occurred from time to time, brought great risks to the road transport safety. In this paper, combining with the current status of China＇s road transport of dangerous goods, to the comprehensive analysis of influence factors, constructs the evaluation index system of road transport of dangerous goods safety, and combine the characteristics of the safety evaluation system, using the analytic hierarchy process（ AHP） given the weight of each evaluation factors, to practice and decision-making in road transport of dangerous goods safety evaluation provides reference.
