摘要 为探索职业学校"翻转课堂教学模式",文章以物流服务与管理专业的"仓储作业实务"课程为例,研究"翻转课堂教学模式"具体实施方案,从构建"翻转课堂"的教学模型;课程的整体设计;课堂教学组织实施,最终以改革实验班考证合格率大幅度提高的教学绩效,从理论和实践角度论证了自学能力较差的中职校学生进行"翻转课堂教学模式"改革的必要性和可行性。 For the exploration of the vocational school" flipped classroom teaching mode", the logistics service and management of professional warehousing operation practice courses, for example, research" flipped classroom teaching mode", specific implementation plan, from the construction of the flipped classroom teaching model; curriculum design; organization and implementation of classroom teaching, eventually to reform experiment class of textual research of qualified rate is greatly improved the teaching performance, from the point of view of theory and practice demonstrates the self-learning ability is poor in the vocational school students are the necessity and feasibility of" flipped classroom teaching mode" reform.
